In a move that reflects clarity of vision and farsightedness, Sudanese club Al Hilal announced today the renewal of the contract of Burundian star Jean-Claude Gourmugisha until August 2029, becoming the longest contract among Al Hilal's foreign professionals, in a new confirmation of the management's endeavor to establish the element of technical stability within the team.
With this extension, the time distance between the contracts of professional players shrinks, as no contract expires before September 2026, which gives the technical staff a break in planning for the coming seasons, and allows the management to devote themselves to other files without the headache of renewal or constant negotiation.
